RCHS’s 3rd Annual “A NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM”
We’re Waiting For You!
The Rice County Historical Society would like to invite history adventurers young, old, and in between to join us on October 3 from 4pm to 7pm for our third annual A Night at the Museum. Our seasonal celebration has fun for history fans of all ages. The Museum of History will be open for visitors as will the log cabin, one-room schoolhouse, church, and Harvest and Heritage Halls. Visitors will be able to see and talk to costumed characters from Rice County’s past. In addition to the fun, interactive museum experience, there will be horse-drawn wagon rides, a fire pit (perfect for roasting hot dogs), and cookies and cider for sale. At 6pm, join us for a Flashlight Tour of Harvest and Heritage Halls. You will truly be able to see these exhibits in a whole new light! This event is $2.00 per person, $1.00 for those 12 and under. Parking is free. Tickets are available at the door. This is an event that is perfect for those of all ages! For more information, call 507-332-2121.
