“History of Czech Immigration and Settlement” with Fred Simon

Posted on: Feb 21 2024 by admin

Thursday, April 18 at 7pm at the Rice County Historical Society Museum

Montgomery, Veseli, and New Prague often form three points of what is called the Czech Triangle. A region between Le Sueur, Scott, and Rice County where many Czech immigrants came to and settled. We invite to come out for a history of Czech Immigration given by Fred Simon.

Fred is a long time member of RCHS, as well as being the President of the New Prague Historical Society and having worked extensively with Czech Heritage Club.

This program is free to members, and $5 for non-members. To reserve your seat please call 507-332-2121 or email us at rchs@rchistory.org
