Our Carlander Family Room is great for any kind of meeting or event. It can be configured to meet your needs, from a Board Room to Classroom, Theater to Social Hall. Our staff and volunteers are happy to work with you on any set up you require. The room has a capacity of 65 in a Theater setting, and 40 with Tables and Chairs.

Individual/Non-Profit Rate: $50 for a Half-Day (4 Hrs.), $100 for a Full Day (8 Hrs.)
Business Rate: $100 for Half-Day (4 Hrs.), $200 for a Full Day (8 Hrs.)
Additional Charges:
- Coffee: $25
- After Hours (after 5pm or Weekends): $50
- Clean Up Charge (If required): $25 per Hour

Holy Innocents Church Wedding Rentals
The Holy Innocents Church is an historic church originally from Cannon City, built in 1869. We offer this facility from May -September (with the exception of the week of the Rice County Fair) for weddings and vow renewals. This church can hold up to 100 people and would be perfect for your event! The Carlander Room is also available to rent.
Rental rates: $500 per day ($100 deposit required to reserve space), $100 additional for the Carlander Family Room (see above)
Facility Includes:
- Access to the RCHS Museum for restrooms
- Seats for 100 in the historic church
- On-site parking for ~30 cars, more available with early notice
- Electricity
- Church will be ready 2 hours prior to the event unless otherwise arranged
